Jersh: i think i just realized why i have such a hard time getting out of bed without an alarm
Jersh: i wake up a ton in my sleep but im so used to it i dont even really register that i woke up and just go right back to bed until i hear an alarm, but when i wake up in the mornings (or late afternoons :shrivelgarf: ) on my own instead of getting up since im, you know, awake,
ive trained myself to just go back to bed whenever i wake up naturally so i just lay there for like an hour trying to fall back asleep
